Fiidmeer is an online business directory that connects users with businesses across Somalia. The Service allows users to:

• Search and browse business listings
• Submit and read reviews of businesses
• Claim ownership of business listings
• Submit new business listings for approval

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Business Listings

4.1 Submission

Users may submit business listings for inclusion in the directory. All submissions are subject to review and approval by Fiidmeer administrators. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

4.2 Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided in business listings is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update listing information promptly if it changes.

4.3 Ownership Claims

Business owners may claim their listings by providing verification of ownership. False claims of ownership may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Reviews and Ratings

5.1 Review Guidelines

When submitting reviews, you agree to:

• Base reviews on genuine experiences with the business
• Not post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Not post reviews in exchange for compensation
• Not use offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language
• Not violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights

5.2 Review Moderation

All reviews are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines or our community standards.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or businesses
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Content

By submitting content to the Service (reviews, business listings, photos, etc.), you grant Fiidmeer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FIIDMEER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The information provided through the Service is accurate or reliable
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIIDMEER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fiidmeer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
